7. Will my data be shared?

In addition to authorized employees in Mercedes-Benz AG communications, the central Mercedes-Benz journalists database also includes communications employees of selected Mercedes-Benz Group subsidiaries (e.g., Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG, AMG GmbH). In these cases, too, your data will only be used to carry out press work.

Your data will be shared as part of the dispatch of press materials to external service providers commissioned by Mercedes-Benz AG or its subsidiaries. A corresponding contract is agreed with the external service providers. The data is transferred in compliance with the confidentiality obligation and the requirements of the GDPR. The service providers may not process the data for their own purposes and are obligated to comply with the Group's standards. Mercedes-Benz AG remains the data controller.
